Lazy Tuesday

We had a really nice day today. The weather has turned cold (finally!), so we stayed inside, built a fire in the fireplace, and just hung out.

I tried a new recipe for lunch today and it was a big hit. I will tell you right now that it SOUNDS weird, but it was delicious. It has sausage, apples, and cornbread in it...very Southern, and VERY yummy!

Shannon had a project to work on for school, and spent her afternoon plugging away at that. I took advantage of the quiet time to get all of our Girl Scout money squared away, and ready for tomorrow night's Leaders' meeting.

Patrick's watching the Barrett-Jackson auto auction right now, but I'm about to kick him off because American Idol starts tonight! Woohoo!!!
